Alertacall awarded certification to the TSA Quality Standards Framework

As part of Alertacall’s continued commitment to improvement and quality, we undertook the process of gaining certification as a supplier of tele-enabled care. The certification is awarded by the TEC Services Association (TSA) via an external auditing body – TEC Quality.

The certification requires a company to evidence that it has a commitment and consistency towards a set of 10 standard elements of a quality framework and then an additional topic specific standard, in this case as a supplier. The 10 standard elements cover subjects such as quality of product, employee welfare and collaboration with the customers in all phases of product design, development and delivery. 

Despite this being the first year Alertacall has applied itself to this standard, we were able to pass and gain certification in our first audit. This was in part possible to our already clear commitment to the care with which we consider our clients, customers and staff. 

An extract of our audit report illustrates the consideration which we pay to our customers.

‘It is evident from discussion of several case studies, that Alertacall adopt a collaborative approach to ensure their corporate customers and the end users feedback, is considered and where possible, influences how the various system architecture is pulled together.’ 

It was commented on in the report how our call quality is monitored and maintained in a fashion which exceeds the requirements of the standard. And the glowing reference we got from our clients when interviewed by our auditor was beyond what the auditor has experienced before.

We are extremely delighted and proud to have gained this certification and what it represents. It will complement existing qualifications such as Quality and Information Security ISO certification and Cyber Essentials certifications. It will assist us in delivering services which directly impact our customers quality of life, to the highest quality possible.
